The Cannabis Kitchen Cookbook team has been having a ball talking with media folks and others during this exciting launch period. This is an exciting month. On October 21, chefs Scott Durrah, Donna Shields, Catjia Redfern, Grace Guiterrez and Lucie Lazarus will join me to represent the community that it took to pull this thing off during a presentation and signing at the Boulder Bookstore. Then on October 27, Donna Shields and Women Grow co-founder Jane West will join me at Highland City Club in Boulder for “Cooking with Cannabis,” where we’ll talk about how chefs are playing with cannabis flavors, demonstrate how to infuse oil, and talk about why cannabis has emerged as one of Colorado’s most successful industries--and the challenges around that.
